How this directory checks its data

This site is compiled from public sources. It does not invent prices, start dates, ratings, reviews, or availability. If a figure cannot be sourced, it is marked unverified or it is not published.

Sources, in order

  1. FMCSA Training Provider Registry — for whether a provider is listed, under notice, or removed. Status is always shown with a date checked.
  2. The school's own published page or catalog — for program length, hours, schedule, tuition, and fees.
  3. South Carolina Eligible Training Provider List / SC Works (SC Path) — for WIOA-eligible programs and published program costs where listed.
  4. State grant pages — for SC WINS and WIOA rules. Grant amounts are shown with the term they apply to. Note: the HOPE Career Grant is Georgia-only and is not an SC funding source for this directory.

Refresh cadence

Training Provider Registry status is rechecked weekly. Prices and start dates are rechecked every term. Grant amounts are rechecked when the state updates them. A registry check older than 14 days is removed from a school page, not left as current.

What unverified means

[UNVERIFIED] means the field was not found on a primary published source at the last check. It is not a guess, and it is not filled in from another school. A school page with more unverified than verified fields does not publish.

Featured and sponsored listings

There are no paid listings in v0. If a paid listing is ever added, it will be labeled "Sponsored" or "Featured," it will never be sorted into organic results, and it will never be presented as a ranking. This site never charges per enrollment for a Title IV school.

Corrections

Corrections are handled within 5 business days. Use the inquiry form and select "Correction" as the reason, stating the correct figure and its source. A correction that is right gets fixed and dated. A correction that is wrong gets answered with the source, not ignored.

Referral disclosure

This is a comparison directory and referral service. We are not a school, admissions office, or employer. Verify prices, dates, and program details with the school before enrolling. An inquiry goes to one named school only, with your consent for that school only. No autodialer is used. No SMS is sent without your separate consent for that school.

Analytics

Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 are planned at deploy, with IDs marked [CONFIGURE AT DEPLOY] until a real property exists. No measurement ID is invented in this build. No personal information is put in analytics events or URLs.
